Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:
Please do not include personal data about your own customers in your Diagnostic answers. Describe your process, not named individuals.
Our lawful basis is either your consent (newsletter sign-ups, the Diagnostic) or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Your Diagnostic report is prepared with AI assistance: your answers are scored against our nine-stage retention model, and the written report is drafted using Anthropic's Claude. Every report is personally reviewed by Pedro Almeida before it is sent to you, normally within one working day. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default, and processes it under a data processing agreement.
Diagnostic answers and reports are kept for up to 24 months, so we can follow up sensibly and improve the model, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see your rights below.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the tools that make the service work: our form provider (Tally), our email tool, Anthropic (for report drafting, as above), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Each is bound by its own data protection terms.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email pedro.almeida@rlaconsulting.co.uk and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
We use privacy-friendly website analytics that does not use cookies or track you across other sites. No advertising trackers are used on this site.
